I made this card for my Japanese nephew who was getting married on the 4th October 2008. I didn't have any rubber stamps with a wedding theme so I borrowed the stamps from a girlfriend who introduced me to this craft.
I used a Hero Arts ClearDesign stamp to stamp on the image onto cream coloured paper using Versa Brilliance ink Lightning Black on the words and Versafine Onyx Black for the bouquet of flowers. I coloured the flowers with Tombow pens and stamped another image to make the 3-D effect. Then I glued the image onto gold coloured paper.
The larger cream coloured background was stamped with Versamark ink and then embossed with Sparkle Hero Arts Embossing powder. Stamp used was Hero Arts ClearDesign Fantastic Flourishes. This was in turn mounted onto gold paper.
The smaller mounted picture was then glued onto the embossed background which was in turn affixed onto white stock card. It took me about 2 hours to assemble it not including the time taken to think about the design!
